AviationGeek, LLC ("us" or "we" or "our") (www.aviationgeek.com) is a service-oriented business and web site offering premium services to pilots of all levels. Our services are generally targeted at organizing the lives of pilots.

By signing up for any services and/or products offered by AviationGeek, LLC, you are acknowleding agreement to these terms and the policies set forth in the Privacy Policy. If you DO NOT agree to these terms, you should leave this web site immediately.

ABOUT THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms of service are subject to change at any time. We will post notice of these changes on our web site at http://www.aviationgeek.com, however, users are responsibile for knowing and understanding these terms before using any AviationGeek, LLC product or service.

ACCESS TO SERVICES

By creating an account and subscription to services offered by AviationGeek, LLC, you are guaranteed access to that account and the information therein by AviationGeek, LLC. However, AviationGeek, LLC makes no guarantees on service uptime and is not responsible for interruption in service.

AviationGeek, LLC also reserves the right to terminate individual accounts for any reason. A few reasons that may qualify for termination of accounts include:

- Abuse of the service
- Abusing other users
- Illegal activity

AviationGeek, LLC also reserves the right to terminate access to its products (i.e. CFI Buddy) at any time for any reason.

DURATION OF SERVICES

Each user is granted 30 days of access for each $4.95 paid to AviationGeek, LLC. This fee is processed automatically through PayPal.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF USER

As a user, you have the responsibility of protecting account information such as your username and password for your account. If any of this information is compromised, it is highly suggested that you contact support at support@aviationgeek.com immediately for assistance as information stored in your account may be at risk of being altered or lost completely.

In addition, you have a responsibility to keep subscription payments current. If payments are not current, AviationGeek, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to your account.

ACCOUNT PRESERVATION

Suspension of accounts may occur if payments are late or have stopped completely. AviationGeek, LLC will continue to store account information for a period of two (2) months, at which point all account information for that user will be deleted from the system. This is necessary to continue to provide speed and efficiency to current users of AviationGeek, LLC's services.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

AviationGeek, LLC does not accept liability of ANY damages created as a result of using services provided by us. Users make use of AviationGeek, LLC products and the information those products provide at their own risk.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

Changes to these terms may be made from time to time. Users are responsible for these changes but notice will be placed on the AviationGeek, LLC web site (http://www.aviationgeek.com) as well.
