COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

By its nature, the CFI Buddy program requires the entry of information. This information may include, but is not limited to:

Much of this information is completely voluntary. AviationGeek, LLC maintains a strict policy of NOT sharing the personal information of our users or the information our users enter into the CFI Buddy program. At no time will information in our databases be distributed, sold, or modified in any way. The information is collected strictly for the functions of the CFI Buddy program and it serves only that purpose.

This information is protected by an account username and password which is the responsibility of the user. Passwords are stored in encrypted format. Sharing this account log in information with a third party makes the user responsible for any actions the third party engages in. If you feel your information has been wrongfully obtained, please contact AviationGeek, LLC's support team immediately at support@aviationgeek.com for further assistance.

Because passwords are stored in an encrypted format, even the AviationGeek, LLC Team cannot gain access to these accounts.

WEB SITE INFORMATION

When you, the user, arrive at AviationGeek, LLC's web site or any of AviationGeek, LLC's product web sites, some information will be collected. This may include:

This information is used by AviationGeek, LLC to learn more about users and how AviationGeek, LLC can create more functional products. This information is never shared or sold.

The information collected by AviationGeek, LLC can be modified and/or removed by the account holder at any time by logging into the account and updating the information.

CREDIT CARD COLLECTION / INFORMATION

AviationGeek, LLC utilizes a secure online payment system in the form of PayPal (www.paypal.com). PayPal, Inc. ("PayPal") has a history of highly secure transactions and safe e-commerce.

AviationGeek, LLC does not store credit card information on any servers, nor does AviationGeek, LLC ever see credit card and other payment information used by users for payment with PayPal. AGE REQUIREMENTS / CHILD PROTECTION

AviationGeek, LLC never collect information from users that are 13 years old or younger. By their nature, AviationGeek, LLC products do not require information to be collected about chidren younger than 13 years of age. In addition, accounts will not be granted to individuals under the age of 13 years old.
